Our food partner, The Spot, sets up in the concession stand every Sunday with a curated menu of street food worth showing up hungry for. Smoky shrimp-and-pineapple kabobs, loaded dogs piled with bacon and Hot Cheetos, golden funnel cakes under a dusting of powdered sugar, and the Cowboy Cob — elote done right, with cotija and a kick. The menu rotates every few weeks, so there's always a new reason to come back.
Come hungry; leave already planning next Sunday.

OPEN MIC

Bring your guitar, your voice, or just your nerve — the stage is open all afternoon for anyone who wants it. Add your name when you arrive; it's first come, first sing, no fee and no pressure. And when the mic's quiet between players, the playlist keeps the good stuff going, so there's always something in the air.

acoustic sets

As the sun drops, the open mic gives way to a featured set. On most Sundays that's Blaik Mair, of The Cadillac Thieves, our regular on the stage — laid-back, acoustic, and the perfect soundtrack to a cold drink as the lights come on. New artists roll through all the time, so check this week's lineup to see who's playing.

6 pm - 8 pm | front porch stage

karaoke

After dark, the party moves to the front porch and the mic is yours. Sing your heart out solo — or jump into Crowd Karaoke, where the whole porch plays together

crowd karaoke

Between performers, we fire up a round on your phones — everyone sings into their phone mic and competes on the same song at once.  The app scores your performance and the winner at the end of the night gets a prize. It's the easiest way to get in on karaoke, even if you'd never grab the mic alone.

8 pm - 10 pm | front porch stage

The stage runs from noon to close, and it never goes quiet. Tap each one to see what to expect, when it happens, and how to take the mic yourself.

live music & open mic

Same town, never the same Sunday. The bones stay put — pool, games, music, food — but the details turn over week to week: new Saloon games, fresh Music Bingo themes, rotating drink and food specials, new artists on the stage, and a new prize drawing every week. Check this week's lineup before you come; there's always something you haven't seen.

No two Sundays are exactly alike

Frequently Asked Questions

Do i need tickets?

Nope — walking through the gate is always free, every Sunday. The only things you pay for are a pool pass, the cornhole bracket buy-in, and whatever you order from the bar and The Spot. Live music, saloon games, karaoke, and the games on the TVs in the Villa are all free. Just show up.

back

are kids welcome?

Absolutely — Sundays are family and pet friendly all day, so bring the kids and the (leashed) dog. The only two grown-up zones are the evening pool session (5–9 PM), which is 21+, and the bar, where you'll need to be 21 to drink. Everything else — the music, the games, The Spot — is for everybody.

back

what if it rains?

Texas weather has a mind of its own, so a rainy Sunday could go one of two ways: we may keep the Saloon open for games and ride it out indoors, or we may call it and close for the day. Either way, we'll post the plan on our Facebook page that morning — so if the skies look iffy, check there before you head out.

back

can i reserve a table?

Most seating is first come, first served — so on busy Sundays, come a little early to claim your spot, especially the 24-foot table in the Villa on big game days. Planning to roll in with a big group? Reach out before Sunday and we'll do our best to save you a place.

back

how do pool passes work?

The pool runs in two separate sessions every Sunday:
Session 1 · Noon–4 PM is family-friendly — bring the kids and cool off in the afternoon sun.
Session 2 · 5–9 PM is 21+ only, when the deck shifts to a grown-up, evening vibe.
A pass gets you full access to the pool and deck for that session — swim, lounge, soak up the sun. A single-session pass is $[15] per person.
Each session is capped at [30] guests so the deck never gets too crowded, which means passes do sell out on busy Sundays. We'd recommend buying online ahead of time to lock in your spot; if there's still room, you can also grab one at the gate when you arrive. Bring a towel and your sunscreen — we've got the rest.

Private buyouts are available — reach out and we'll set it up.

back

how do i join a game?

For saloon games, head into the Saloon and sign up at the bar by the entrance — then grab a seat and you're in. Games run all day, so there's always a table getting started. Want in on the cornhole bracket? Grab a two-person team and see the bartender to pay your cash entry fee — it all goes into the payout pot for the winners. The bracket kicks off at 5 PM, so sign-ups close at 4:30 — get there early to lock your spot. We need at least four teams to run the bracket; if we don't reach four, every team gets their entry refunded. So round up some friends and make it happen.
