Los Trece isn't a room with four walls — it's a walkable Western town, stitched together by gravel streets and lantern light. The Saloon hums on one corner; the Villa courtyard opens to the sky on another. Cocktails start in one place, dinner waits in the next, and the dancing always finds you.

It started with a wife who wanted a barn — somewhere big enough to hold the whole family at the holidays — and a husband who didn't know when to stop. Somewhere in the building, the vision grew. One structure became several. Several became a street. A street became a town.
Darrin St. Ama, founder of metal fabrication company Savage Saint, began building for one reason: enjoyment. Constructing places to gather with friends and celebrate with family. Inspired by late-1800s South Texas border towns, he built it from reclaimed materials and aged metals until a town emerged.
They called the 13 acres "the 13." That became Los Trece — today, the most unexpected place in Central Texas to celebrate something that matters.
We celebrated my husbands 70th birthday in the saloon and rented the manor for our adult kiddos to stay at.
The manor is awesome for family gatherings And with the pool,.. it could t have been any better for a hot Texas summer day !!
We had approximately 50 people attend our event. The saloon accommodated that size event very well. We were allowed to utilized the properties Bluetooth sound system and play our custom playlist. (Fabulous). Also, we opted for the “bar package” for our adult guests and were not disappointed.
