Hendrick Medical Center is a quick drive, and Lake Brownwood and The Hideout Golf Club & Resort are 15–20 minutes away. Regionally, you're about 2.5 hours from Dallas and Austin and roughly 1.5 hours from Abilene — close enough to escape to, far enough to actually feel like you got away.

- The event venue spaces (the Saloon, Cantina, and Villa) are separate from your stay and remain locked. They can be booked separately for larger gatherings — just ask.
- Maximum overnight occupancy is 10 registered guests; any additional visitors need prior approval.
