From intimate gatherings to full-town takeovers — Black Iron Reserve offers four individually rentable event spaces and two all-inclusive packages serving Central Texas, Abilene, San Angelo, Stephenville, Brownwood, and beyond.
Every space at Black Iron Reserve is part of Los Trece — a hand-built Western town designed from the ground up with reclaimed materials, aged metals, and Spanish-influenced architecture. The environment is already atmospheric before a single flower arrangement arrives. Spaces can be rented individually or combined for a full property experience.
This isn't a blank room with folding tables.

The most practical space on property — comfortable, fully climate-controlled, with a kitchen, indoor restrooms, a lounge, and a smart TV. The Lodge adapts naturally as a groom's lounge, a bridal suite, a caterer's prep kitchen, or an intimate gathering space of its own. Perfect for small reunions or celebratory showers.

Beat the Texas heat on your own terms. Reserve The Manor Pool for a private afternoon and you get the pool, backyard and pool house to yourselves — the shaded swim-up bar with its built-in stools, the sun-warmed tanning ledge, and an underwater seating ledge wrapping the whole pool, so nobody has to leave the water to grab a drink or keep an eye on the kids.
It's your day, your crowd, your pace — birthdays, bachelorette weekends, family get-togethers, or just an afternoon in the sun. Capacity stays capped at 30 for room to spread out, and the whole poolside is yours. Ready to make a splash?
